Upon receipt of the application the Unit will do its compliance checks and will submit the application, along with all accompanying documents to one of three (3) International due diligence companies for the necessary background checks.
Before an application has been fully completed and ready for submission, the applicant may upon payment of the due diligence and processing fees, submit his birth record/certificate and passport bio data page for commencement of the law enforcement due diligence process in an effort to allow the Unit to commence due diligence.
